How do I cancel my Skimmy Pro subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time using the Stripe customer portal. The link to manage your billing was included in your original receipt email. If you cannot find the link, please email us and we will cancel it for you immediately.
My local LLM isn't working. What should I do?
If you are using Ollama or LM Studio, ensure that your application is running and the local server is exposed. You may also need to check the exact endpoint URL in the Skimmy extension settings (e.g. http://localhost:11434/api/chat for Ollama).
How do I enable Chrome's Gemini Nano?
Gemini Nano is built into recent versions of Chrome, but is currently hidden behind some developer flags. When you first install the extension, Skimmy will walk you through the setup steps. You can also view the setup instructions at any time from the Skimmy extension settings page.
